Biography

Mark Fellows is an Employment Partner at Sherrards, where advises both employers and employees on a wide variety of contentious and non � contentious law matters and has a particular interest in employment litigation.
Mark is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and provides seminars on employment law advances as well as in-house training for clients.
He has extensive experience representing clients in Employment Tribunals, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, salary deductions, breach of contract, TUPE, and claims made under the Working Time Regulations.
